If you're enemy has much resources than you and a bigger army no but you can annoy him. Thats what happened in Vietnam.
If your enemy is on a par with you...then yes. But only by guile and wit.
If your enemy is weaker than you. See above! But its possible.

The Good Lord gave me the Shield of Faith as I battled advanced cancer in 1996 and the cancer was defeated. Yes my enemy was defeated.
