You will need to prove:
1. You are mature enough to manage your own affairs. This is demonstrated by things like a clean criminal record, good grades etc.
2. You can support yourself financially. You will need to show income and anticipated expenses.
3. That your welfare is better served by not being with your parents. Hating mom's rules will not meet this criteria.
4. That there are no other reasonable solutions to the issues at home.

You will need to hire a lawyer to get you though the process.

You would need to file in a court that has jurisdiction over your parents or custodial parent if you do not live with both.

this is regulated by each state. you have to tell us where you live
Ok, the Oklahoma law more or less states the judge has the authority to grant it. it does not provide an age threshold. it does not specifically require parental consent but does require their participation (or whoever has legal custody). Call your local county court (look it up--google) and find out whether they have a self help center to help you file the proper documents. Good luck. I have spelled out some key provisions below:

Title 10, Section 91 - provides the court has authority to grant it.
Title 10, Section 92 - provides you file a petition in the district court of the county the minor resides "setting forth the age of the minor petitioner and that said petitioner is then and has been a bona fide resident of such county for at least one (1) year next before the filing of the petition"
"and the cause for which the petitioner seeks to obtain the rights of majority." "The petition should state whether or not the parents of the minor are living, and if living, their names and addresses; whether or not a guardian has been appointed for the minor and...who has legal custody of the minor and, if the person having legal custody is not a parent or the guardian, the name and address of the person who has custody"
Title 10, Section 93 - provides notice requirements (including to the parents)
Title 10, Section 94 - provides costs are paid by the minor petitioner.

btw, the abv answers are right in that you have to show you are ready for being treated as an adult. having your parent/s on board should also help convince the judge.

Varied by state; minimum requirements are usually the ability to support oneself (job+ finaces) and a stable environment (place to live).
