I don't think there is "proof of bachelor hood". There is a marriage license, which proves you're married, but nothing to prove you are not (unless you mean divorce papers, lol). Think you'd need to contact the county in the state you were born (in USA) for the birth cert.

That is not a mythology question....but you would have to order your birth certificate from the state and county you were born at. It costs under $20.
I am in the process of ordering mine at the moment too.
As for the proof of being single, I would think that you did not really need it. If you do and you have been married then divorece papers or annulment documents.

The only proof of bachelorhood would be divorce papers which you could get from the domestic relations court where you were divorced. Birth Certificate would come from the office of vital statistics in the city in which you were born.

First of all, have you asked your parents? Otherwise you will need to go the county clerks office and fill out a form in order to obtain your birth certificate from the state in which you were born. They will charge you a processing fee. That fee varies by state. You will need to provide your social security number, photo ID (driver's license) and know your mother's maiden name in order for the forms to be processed.

The birth certificate you get from the hospital you were born at, or the hospital you were taken to or from the doctor who delivered you if you weren't born at hospital. There is no such thing as proof of bachlorhood.

Proof of bachelorhood would be a 'divorce decree' and you can get your bc from the hospital you were born at but it's easier to get it from the department of vital statistics.
Here a link for you for both:

...I got mine from the stork. My parents got a "Stork Return" with my birthday on it.
...I was born a bachelor and that's all the proof I need (otherwise, I guess they would have issued a marriage license!)
