I need a good restaurant name please. I would prefer that the first word in the name begin with letters in the beginning of the alphabet so it is listed in the start of the telephone book. But no big deal if it doesn't start with an A.

The main thing is that it shouldn't be too long (one or two words) and catchy so it is easy to remember.

It is a running business; however, I would to change the name. Currently it is called Around the World Moventake.

We serve international cuisine and ideally I would like to encompass the international or world theme into the name.

I am really stuck on this, any help is appreciated.

Thanks,

Appellation

It is a play on the two meanings of the word...

1. A Name
2. A Geographical name (as of region, village, or vineyard) under which a winegrower is authorized to identify a market wine... Meaning it specifies which region it is from, which I think works well with the idea of an International/World theme.

I have some ideas, but will need to know your professional name, whether or not it is your real one.

My thinking is an acronym, as IHOP and TGIF use, but need an accurate initial to do what I have in mind. I am available at skeeter51244@yahoo.com. I may even come up with a logo.

Added Later: It would help if your name is Aaron, too, but we can work around that.

Given the mixture of international cuisines you serve, how about AMALGAMA? In Italian it's a noun that means "the well-amalgamated mixture" and it's pronounced with the accent on the second A: amAlgama.

My 2 cents...
