Umm, I have pictures from the same angle that look the exact same and mine is definately a boy. Sure looks like a boy.

well this is exactly what it looked like when i was pregnant with a boy ( my son) and i questioned it the WHOLE prengancy on whether they were right. if the "package or details" werent so far out i would say girl because you can see 3 slits. I say boy but im not a genius so i dont know...
its questionable and i understant why you are confused... my gut says boy.. picture more resembles boy so my final answer is BOY

Its not the white lines you see that theyre looking for, those are just different tissues densities. three lines would be three rows of gray along the pelvic area. This is two clusters, beyond that the view allows you to see them in relief from the body, showing that they are indeed testicles.
So Iam going to have to go with boy.
