Given the fact that I think George W. Bush is the most despicable President we've had in modern times, along with his administration, and that I think Lee Harvey Oswald was forty years before his time, we all have a better chance of winning the lottery two Saturdays in a row than Cheney has of being tried for war crimes.

What war crimes? Are these the same trumped up accusations that are similar to the President "spying on all of us" without a warrant?

Which congress happened to pass in the Patriot Act (that roughly 95% admitted to not even reading)?

No, he wont and shouldn't. If you want to talk about crimes, find a veteran who fought and was captured in the South Pacific Theatre......
