Sounds like the blower motor went kaput. If you're mechanically inclined, you could try to replace it yourself. They're usually in a fairly accessable spot, and held on by three screws and the wiring connector. A way to check it would be to disconnect the wiring harness and hotwire the connections to your car battery. If it runs, it's not the blower motor, and you should take it to a shop and find out if it's a relay or the switch.
Be glad it's not the heater core that went bad. They're a horror to replace!

Test for power at the blower switch, low speed resistor and hi speed relay...try jumping fused power directly to the blower motor...if it runs, the problem is in one of the other three items or wiring or a fuse. If it does not run, the blower motor is bad. Check for good grounds also.

Stay away from a dealer, just go to a reliable shop or one that is AAA rated. Problem could be switch or fan motor needs to be replaced. Get some price quotes to repair.
