Try her on her side, or let her sleep with you.

Try one of those sleep positioners so she can sleep elevated or on her side, maybe she will prefer that over sleeping on her stomach. Also make sure there aren't other factors affecting her waking up at night, like being too hot or too cold, or maybe she needs some sort of white noise to stay asleep. We have a sound machine in our daughter's room to help drown out the noises from the rest of the house when we are cleaning up after she goes to bed.
Also, if she was sleeping good and this is a new thing, it could just be a stage. My daughter sleeps good through the night on and off and we never can figure out why. Sometimes she just doesn't sleep good and wakes up several times during the night. Just figure out what she needs, maybe she just wants to be with you, try rocking her back to sleep and laying her down once she is competely out. Good luck :)
ADD:
My sister let her son sleep on his tummy during the day and sometimes at night if he was gassy, but she was up paranoid all night because she was afraid of SIDS. Now he is 18 months old and turns over all the time in his sleep
My sister-in-law had the same problem. If she laid her daughter on her back she would either wake up and cry or roll over onto her tummy herself. She finally just started letting her daughter sleep on her tummy at night as well. She is 10 months old now and she still sleeps on her tummy. I don't know if I would recommend it, I think I wouldn't be able to sleep at all because I would be so worried. But I mean, you gotta do what works for you. Try different things.

Most people won't like my answer. This is my personal opinion and experience. With both of my children, I tried to put them on their backs to sleep as newborns. Even tried the positioners. It didn't work. Both would sleep maybe a minute, or two if I was lucky. That said, both of my children were tummy sleepers. I would say from about a week old. With my son, I didn't have the resources I have now (via the internet) and didn't worry about it too much. But with my daughter, I couldn't sleep the first couple of weeks. She is near eight months old now and is still a tummy sleeper.

You can get gurders (i dont know if I spelled that right) to put in the crib or bassinet at night to keep your baby in place. We got ours at Target and they are adjustable. We used those until our son was almost 5 months old. That way, if she'd like to sleep on her side she can do that without flipping onto her stomach. I suggest not letting her sleep like that during the day because of course she would want to do that at night, too, if the enjoys it. It may take a week or two to break the habit, but it will be worth it.

We have a 7 month old and she loves to sleep on her stomach as well. We try to get her to lay on her back but she just rolls over and goes to sleep. She is comfortable that way. She sits up by herself and pulls herself up now so she seems fine sleeping on her stomach. If she couldn't hold her head up yet then I would be worried.

They have little cradlers you can buy that will prevent the baby from rolling over while sleeping. Try using that to position your baby on her side to sleep. They also make inclines for the crib so that baby's head is above the heart, to aid in digestion. We have found that my son (2 months) likes to sleep on cushion so week took an old 2 inch matress topper and cut out to fit the crib. He sleeps great on his back now.

Are you swaddling her? Some babies hate it but some sleep better if their arms can't move and wake them.
Also try putting books or blocks under the crib legs to elevate the crib 15-30 degrees. This may help if she is having stomach problems.

i have 2 sons: a 2yr old and a 4mth old, and they have pretty much slept on their stomachs since they were born. i tried to make them sleep on their backs and it never worked. so i just let them sleep in however they were comfortable... i just put them in bag sleepers instead of using a blanket. i know its hard to know whats right and wrong when the rules keep changing, i mean a few years ago it was not to let them sleep on their backs. so i personally do what works for my children. but hopefully you find the right answer for you. good luck :c)

They have positioners that you put the baby in...these make it cozy for her to sleep on her back. They also have ones that are inclined so it's almost like she is sitting up. I would try these first. I wouldn't let her sleep on her tummy during the day, she doesn't know the difference between daytime sleep and night time sleep. Good Luck!!

Have you tried swaddling her? Wrap her up good and I bet she will sleep much better on her back.
Or you could just let her sleep on her stomach and get the Angel Care monitor. An alarm goes off if your baby stops breathing.

I had the same thing with my son. He slept on his back every single night. I was so worried with the whole SIDS thing but you can't make them sleep in a way that they are not comfortable.
