Can someone please help me,Itunes fake billing address?

I let one of my friends older brother come and make an account on itunes store for his ipod touch.He made the account cuz he had about 2 $25 itunes giftcards.When he made the account he used a fake address.Is that illegal what he did?He said he didnt really know anything about computers so I let him use one of my email address as his login name on itunes.

I recieved an email from itunes store saying "your receipt" and it said order total $31.73 billed to the fake address that he put.

The problem is that i let him use MY computer to make the account.what should I do about this situation?can somebody please help me?

Since they're not shipping anything to you, it doesn't really matter if you have a fake mailing address in the system (especially if he was using gift cards...they don't need to know any other billing info). It's certainly not illegal .

Also, it's fairly easy to correct if you're really worried about it...You just need to have the log-in information that he used. Once you're in as your friend, you can just update the user profile to show an actual address.

I have gotten billing at my address for ER care for someone unknown to me. I wrote on the envelope that no such person lived at that address and sent it back. If he didn't send money back to his family he would have funds to cover his OWN needs instead of defrauding the American citizen to get his health care. It's amazing how they can pay smugglers and buy fake paperwork, and send $B's out of the US every single year, but cannot support themselves. They are still living in poverty, what's the point in coming?

if he used the i tunes card its not charges to you its to the card apple gives you receipts for every thing you get on there even the free stuff so relax.now to fix the billing info go to open i tunes go to i tunes store, if he didn't log out that good if he did just check you email address for his email about i tunes account open it and hiss password should be there.log in to i tunes if you aren't go to his/you/the account on your computer type in password,edit payment information and all the stuff you want ot edit and put his info on it.if you don't know his info ask him and create an email account for him.if hes cared of charges remember i tunes cards do not charge to you its to the card apple gives you receipts for every thing you get on there even the free stuff and as long as he uses i tunes cards he will be fine.then click done and everything will be alright.hope it helps
