Victoria ~ I'm so sick of this being drawn out. I understand that the actress is on maternity leave, but you can only draw it out for so long. It is very unrealistic too how this all happened. A rock bumped her on the head, she is knocked out for three weeks and they don't know what is wrong with her? I'm tired of everyone crying every episode and it seems that's what they show the most.
Gloria & Kevin ~ I'm so sick of Gloria and her weird facial expressions. When are they going to get her for the face cream tampering? I mean really, it has been forever since she done it and she keeps trying to hide it. I wish it would just be done with. What man sticks to his mommy as much as Kevin does? And please someone tell me why he is with the woman who tried to kill him!
Gimen ~ I'm sure that will be drug out for a few months too.
I'm sick of Amber and the lawyer chick. Dru's body just disapears?! They really need to pick it up on this show. What is going on with Y&R?

Oh! I so agree with you!
I have been an Y&R addict for more years than I care to mention.
My family constantly teases me that my world revolves around Y&R because I just can't miss a single second of it.
Untill lately....now it's like I could miss a whole week and not even miss it because when you tune back in a week later it's still the same issues (Jana and her tumor, Gloria and the face cream, the Winters grieving over Drew, Who killed JiMin, Amber always pouting over Cane) and now Victoria and her baby!
After a whole week of not seeing Y&R, I turn it on and they are exactly where they were when I left off, and the episodes are so boring now I fall asleep through most of them.
I just don't get it!!!!!!!!
What the heck is the point??
Maybe all of us fans should band together and start not watching it for a month and see if the PTB even notice.
They are just so out of touch now it's like they don't care what the fans think anymore, and that is very sad because without us, Y&R will no longer be in extistance.

I am sick of the Victoria storyline.It's so unrealistic,on many levels.
How come when visitors come to see Victoria,they talk to her back? They should pull up a chair in front of her,and show her more respect.lol
And I'm sorry,but I don't think Nikki is being rational about the situation.It's better to save Victoria's life,then to possibly lose 2 lives.
Victoria can always have children in the future,even if she has to adopt.
And Gloria,I wish they would write her character off the show.Gloria is so self centered,and it's unrealistic to think a good looking older man like William or Jeffery would have any interest in her.
Another thing,Gloria is starting to look like a porcelain doll.The Y&R make up artist puts way too much make up on Gloria.lol

I guess those of you who are surprised at Y&R dragging things out haven't been watching it as long as I have. I still remember 30 years ago. You could watch it once a month and a character would just be finishing a sentence they started a month ago! What finally got me to quit for several years was the Spring Murder Trials, which always took a whole year to solve!
Still and all, all soaps go through periods where they are less than brilliant. I'm getting tired of Guiding Light right now.

I agree with 1000000%, Could not have said it better.. Boring and that Kevin and Gloria, not that is a weird son/ mom situation.... Maybe they are just draging it out because of the writers strike. oh I know . thisstory line has been going on wayyyyyyyy, before the talk of the strike. Maybe something will happen soon...

This is getting hilarious huh ! And what's up with Daniels fuzz on his face ? Are the writers trying to make him look more mature. Yesterdays episode was pretty dumb. Especially when Kevin yelled at his mother. It looked like if Gloria was going to cry. I would have put him in his place in a second and give dumb found it a new meaning. Why are these writers making us see the same thing OVER- OVER ! And yes I agree with you sleeping beauty needs to wake up ! I don't about this I think I'll stop watching for a while.

I'm tired of the Victoria thing also, but they are doing it so that she can have her maternity leave. The Gloria thing has me most pissed. Every man she has ever been with has died as a result of something that she has orchestrated. I hope Jeff Bardwell blows her out of the water!!! And can they please give Amber a backbone so she can move the heck on!?

I do get the whole Victoria thing but it is true on the way they drag things out ... I am so sick of hearing about Jimin and I am so sick of Gloria ... I do like Kevin just wish he would get some balls and stand up to his mother.

yeah the show is going pretty slow right now, maybe is the shows way to buy time for the writers strike, that is still going on

I agree...i don't remember Y&R ever really dragging out their storylines as much as they have the past 6mo's! I hope that they can get on track asap!!! It's starting to dis-interest me!

Maybe we should all get together and send in story lines and let the actors do improv.
B&B is getting right along with most of their stories.....but I wonder how long they will drag out Stephanie's shooting.
