I bled the system from the fuel filter bleeder valve but no luck, i only got a little air out them i only got diesel, its a 2001 isuzu NPR what else can i try, running fine before i touched it. does anybody know of any mobile diesel mechanic's in California? or is there anything else i can try?

Usually on a diesel engine there is an electric lift pump. Turn the key & momentarily engage the starter. Release the key to the run position & listen for the pump to run. You should hear it for about 15 seconds & then it will shut off. Cycle it several times,
the system will bleed itself.

Should be an electric pump. So turn key on but do not try to start for at least a minute.Then try to start. If that does not work try bleeding air from fuel rail. Look for a Schroeder type valve on the fuel rail and depress, be careful not to get any fuel in you face, as line should be pressurized. Check owners manual for priming the system.

have you tried giving it a shot of starting fluid and see if it'll try to start?
