Common sense can vary from normality to abnormality !
It all depends on which community you are talking about !
But , if you are talking about Older people losing it , then its not as sad as frightening !
One day , we will be the same , no need to rush and feel sorrow from now !
If you are talking about people losing their priorities in life , then Yes its pointless to live messed up !
If you are talking about people changing their tastes , like crazy fashions and Useless music and arts ... then its very depressing how effective media is on simple people's mind !
Now , Its very very Sad to know that common sense is very lost to the degree that " I couldn't know which common sense you were talking about , Clo "

I think it sad that some are raised to never have to think for themselves and so never really develop common sense, but even worse when someone has it and simply doesn't use it because common sense would tell them to do something that they do not want to do on an emotional level, like a wife leaving an abusive husband, to name one example.
