The Allen Wrench is for reversing the unit, to dislodge if jammed. It sounds like the bearings may be shot. If it's an older unit I'd just replace it. If It's a new unit it should be under warranty. Good Luck, ;-)

By saying you've used an allen wrench, I assume that means you've checked below the sink to be sure the disposal in properly installed? All connections are intact and tight? If not, check this first.

If it's installed properly, all connections are intact and tight and nothing is jammed in the blades, it may be time for a new disposal.

Either the sink itself is loose from its clamps underneath, or you have one of two issues with the disposer. First, it is easy to "miss" the mounting ring on the top of the disposer when you use the clamping ring. That could put it off balance. Second, something has gone loose in your disposer, causing it to be off balance itself, and while clamped tightly, it is doing the shaking.
Unplug, take entire unit off and try to reset the clamp on the mounting ring. Replug and try If still a problem, check the sink itself. If still problematic, I would take the disposer to someone to see if they can remove the housing and see the inside. You will probably get a rec to replace it, but the new one would be under warranty.
Am sure you have shined a flashlight down to see if there is a heavy type object lodged in or under one of the blades. Be sure to uplug anytime you put anything down there like your fingers or a screwdriver while exploring.

Some good suggestions here. Here are a few more if you have to put in a new disposal: Don't buy a cheap unit. Buy a unit that is at least 3/4 horsepower. Buying the same brand as your old one usually makes mounting easier. Don't forget to knock out the knockout plug if your dishwasher is to drain through it. (I've made that mistake.)

Sometimes it is difficult to hold the heavy disposal in place while you are trying to mount it. I used the jack from my auto to help hold it up.

there is something inside the disposer, ,pull the rubber cover out, look inside with a flashlight, might be a spoon that got balled up, the only thing that runs on a disposer is a flat plate with cutters on opposite sides,
