Well try and be friends with a girl and show (have) a really good, fun personality! If you can't attract a girl with looks, then develop a relationship (meaning talk to her first) and take it from there.
If girls first like guys with looks, then why do so many attractive girls date average guys? It's because of their personality!

I'm a firm believer that girls don't care what a guy looks like. It's all about your confidence, if you let her think for even a second that you're insecure about the way you look, then the gigs up and your screwed. A girl will usually decide whether or not she's going to sleep with you in the first five minutes of meeting you, so you've got to work quickly, you need to be charismatic and humurous, and come on quickly, without coming on too quickly, it's all about the timing, if the moon is right, you can have any girl you want, and this is the truth.

Not all girls are as shallow as they look. Unfortuantly, the first thing they'll do is SEE you, so if your really that bad looking, ofcourse they'll get the wrong impression. But, if you can honestly say you have a great personality, what ever she felt after first seeing you will soon disappear. There are so many different types of girls out there; those who like boys who are good-looking, and those who just want a person to make them laugh. This doesn't always work, but only the girls who can really look past your face are the ones you should think about.
As the really cheesy saying goes - It's what's on the inside that counts.

Just be yourself, talk to her about your hobbies and interests, be nice,kind,gentle and patient with her! keep being mates with her for a month or so and make sure that YOU are ready for a relationship before you ask her out otherwise you will most probably get declined if you seem uncomfortable around her. also you will know if she doesnt want to know about personality and all she cares about is looks, if this is so then just forget her, move on, and keep an eye out for anyone else! remember be nice, be kind and make sure you dont seem to clingy. Peoples looks are the first thing to be seen on a person, and so their likely to be judged on them.
However, my advice would definetely be to get to know the girl. Speaking as a girl myself, sometimes ive met guys who really aren't that good looking, but they've got great personalities which makes them "seem" attractive to me....
Try and get close to her and make her laugh- this way ur character will shine thru and she'll see you for who you are on the inside!

This is really hard because we all judge others by their looks, no matter how hard we try not to do so.
I would like to find someone (a guy) who won't judge me by my looks, too. The best thing to do is be yourself. Let your personality and your character shine through. If she isn't interested, then that's her loss ;)

I believe that everyone judges by looks; that's just the way society works. Mean, but awfully true!
My advice to you would be; act like yourself, be true to yourself, remember; you are you and nobody else. Looks may capture the eye, but it's personality which captures the heart =)

Just be yourself, and be a good judge of character. If your confident that you have a decent personality, you should try and attract a girl who rates personality first, as opposed to physical traits.

By being a good person. If you look bad and not very nice either, you'll get nowhere.
But I'll say if people don't like you because of the way you look, they are not worth knowing, you're well out of it.
