Gamestop or EB games is your best bet, espeically if you want them used. Add an edge card along with it and the 10% coupon gamestop gives out and it'll be even cheaper. The only thing is you have to watch out for how complete they are (if you're picky about that)
If you want new, check ebay, or the bargin bin at your local circuit city, wal-mart, Toys'R'Us etc.
Another note for gamestop/eb games. They have a coupon book out that has a coupon for $5 off any DS game over $12.99, and a buy 2 get 1 free on a DS game.

go to any japan or any chinese region and u :either will find someone who can help u download games freely or buy it!

Try cex, they are second hand but come with a guarantee and most look new.
