According to the American Egg Board, one large "incredible edible egg" has only 75 calories and provides 13 essential nutrients in varying amounts. Eggs are an excellent source of choline and a good source of the highest quality protein and riboflavin. Many of egg’s incredible nutrients are found in the egg yolk, including choline, folate, lutein and zeaxanthin and vitamin D. The yolk also includes healthy monosaturated and polyunsaturated fats and almost half of the high-quality protein found in eggs.

Sodium -- a nutrient -- can be found in eggs; not table salt which is made up of Sodium Chloride.

There is a link to the nutrient chart on the AEB's Nutrition page.

Good luck.

The bacteria is extra oftentimes than not on the exterior of the egg, )except in few situations) so even as you crack it, there's a probability for spreading ailment (corresponding to salmonella). once you bake, the nice and comfortable temperature kills the bacteria, yet contained in the shape you touched the exterior of the egg, you are able to be spreading germs basically element you contact. make confident you wash your palms with warmth/warm water and cleansing soap. also, crack the egg on a flat floor, otherwise bits of the exterior shell go into the interior, spreading extra bacteria.
