I suffer from sinus problems and I constantly shift from my left side to my right side. After a time on one side my nostril closest to the pillow becomes blocked then I just shift to the other side until that nostril becomes blocked then repeat the process all over again.

I sleep best on my back. But I'm more comfortable when I sleep on my stomach, turned just a little bit on my left side.
