Merry Christmas First then Happy Holidays. Someone that I am argueing with now thinks I am against Happy Holidays all together. I am just against with Stores pressureing thier employees to not say Merry Christmas.

I prefer Happy Holidays as there are many different holidays depending on someones religion. "Merry Christmas" refers to one holiday, Christmas. "Season's Greetings" is not bad, but seems to sound kinda impersonal. "Happy Holidays" seems to wish someone well and happy for all the holidays (Christmas, New Years, Kwanzaa, Hanukkah, etc.).
Ultimately, the greeting you choose is a personal one. What would you like to hear? Whatever your answer is, that is what would be most appropriate for you to say.
Good luck! and...
Happy Holidays!!

I prefer 'Happy Holidays' because I celebrate Yule, but anyone who wishes me a Merry Christmas gets a big smile and the same greeting returned. It's all the same, when you get down to it.

After seeing the evening news on "Black Friday" which showed people so out of control to be the first to get the "goods" for Christmas I think we have obviously forgotten what Christmas is all about so may I suggest a new term for the holidays:"Happy Manufactured Products Day". We should be giving our money on the poor instead.
