I can't think of anything I regret saying right now ( although I am sure there are several things). But, I do recall something a lady said to me once. Is that ok? I had just had my 4th baby and had gone from 105 lbs to 180 while pregnant. ( he weighed almost 10 lbs and was almost 24 inches long. I am 5' 2" ) and was still heavy. I was at the grocery store with the baby in his little carrier in the grocery cart. He was a week old. In line a lady said; " oh your baby is so precious and here you are pregnant with another....how lucky you are. Well I felt so bad for her that when she asked when I was due I said in four monthes. I felt even bigger then for sure.

I told this girl " You must be due any day know your so big" She said I am not pregnant, I said" oh, oh you must have just had your baby" She said No I had my baby a year ago. I couldn't hide any where I still feel that shame in my face when i remember. That was one regret and one hard lesson to learn. Never ask someone if they are due or pregnant.

I was going to ask that same question later today! Great minds think alike! Anyways mine was when I ran into some friends I hadn't seen in like 15 years. I opened my big mouth and out came (to the husband) "Wow-you've really aged, I hardly recognized you" Insert both feet. I could have DIED right then and there. No way to spin that one.

Don't mean to sound cocky, but I really can't think of anything. But now that I'm older, wiser and more apt to speak up...there are things I regret that I DIDN'T say, for sure!

I don't think I regret saying something in particular,
but I do regret "not" saying something in particular.
More than once, in fact.

Let's not go there Young and old, we've all said things we later regretted. Live and learn.

I once told someone to phukk off & die. The next day they did! I don't regret saying it as much as what I didn't get to say BEFORE they died. So, I suppose I regret only having had a partial conversation with them before they departed this earth!

Anything mean I've ever said to anyone. If constructive criticism were needed, I would have wished to do it kindly.

truthfully i do not think we really regret what we say -- in fact i think most times if we had it to do over it would have came out uglier and more hateful!!!

Too many to list. My feet are very clean, as they often end up in my mouth.
