Anakin Skywalker (in the prequels), except that Anakin was supposedly a genius and Bush is most certainly not. Anakin is portrayed as being very annoying, morally weak and in well over his fluffy head, all of them traits shared by the President. "You're either with me or against me" is clearly a reference to Bush; Obi-Wan's response "Only a Sith Lord deals in absolutes" must represent the personal opinion of George Lucas.
