According to Steve Jobs, it can - he said his business model for Apple was inspired by the Beatles:

So what artists do you think could have inspired the makers of these products below? Now none of us knows for sure, but we could always guess:

Trojan condoms
The Bedazzler (if you don't remember it, http://www.mybedazzler.com/?cid=347874)
Geico Car Insurance
H & R Block

And feel free to add your own... :)

Trojan condoms - Gene Simmons
The Bedazzler - Britney
Geico Car Insurance - Billy Joel
H & R Block - No one better than Willie Nelson

Great question but I just don't have anything creative for it at this point. :(

Sookie - Willie likely isn't the only one but he's the best known one that I can think of. Plus, his was a very serious case. I would have said Wesley Snipes but he's an actor, or at least he pretends to be one. Don't feel bad, things are always cloudy if you're Willie.

Jmikep69 - Should be obvious who it is.

Trojan condoms - Obviously inspired by Joyce

One look at that album cover, and they said to themselves, "We must stop this from happening again!"

The Bedazzler - This was clearly inspired by Kiss, or more specifically, Paul Stanley in the "Tears are Falling" video:

Geico Car Insurance - Their advertising campaign was ripped straight from the minds of Saigon Kick.

H & R Block - Unknown to many, they were orignally called H & R Blockheads... inspired by this guy:

Fortunately, good marketing sense changed their strategy before they really began.

NP: "Incarcerated" - Todd Snider

*** I've either p*ssed off a fan, or I have a thumbs down stalker, too.

*** James, I did all the google stuff after I got the thumbs down.

"Money" of Abba is a huge inspiration for business from where I come from :(
(I'm not sure that the song is called "Money", but I'm sure that you know what I'm talking about even if it isn't)
