Why don't we all get along?
Why make bad comments about others just for the fun of it?

2007-11-28 05:37:30 · update #1

Example: A friend of mine got hurtful comments from a user in here! DO you think that is right?

Religious organization and Non believers too.

We don't even know each other like that! Why talk about someone just to hurt them when you have not even seen that person face to face ever!

It's ALL a matter of perspective, Sweety. If one focuses only on the negative and cruel Q&A's On here, then that's all one will see. If you focus on ALL the nice and positive things, then that is what you will see the most of.

I tend to focus on the GOOD folks and the GOOD Q's&A's and. I can honestly say that I have enjoyed comments from folks of EVERY Belief represented in here, and think of you ALL as good friends. Your Spiritual belief is irrelevant to that affection and, no matter WHO is correct or incorrect, the ONLY way anyone will know for 100% absolute certainty is to die and find out. I'm in NO hurry to do that so, in the meantime, I assume that EVERYONE is correct AND incorrect all at the same time. Following that outlook, I am able to accept everyone for what and who they are, deep down as humans on this tiny speck of sand in the universe.

I concur with Dune; most of these mean people and the nasty things they say- they would NEVER have the guts to say it to the person's face. Also, everyone has their own opinion about things like religion and politics- etc- and these are powderkeg issues- I get tired of answering them because the person who asked the question is going to ignore my answer, or maybe not, and they just want a bunch of people here to agree with them. There is NO call for hurting anyone here by name calling or anything else.

Yes! you are right.
Making fun of something is good if it stays within it's boundary.
One it crosses the limit then it become abuse, vulgar, etc.

Posting some bad comments about some innocent peoples is definitely not the good thing to do.

I am unsure about what action should be taken against these bad people.

That is not right to say something mean against someone else on here. But often times, if someone tells someone in a cult that what they are believing doesn't coincide with the bible or goes against what Christ taught and they say it in love, the person takes it as a nasty answer and reads it a way the writer never meant. I was in a cult and I was glad that people brought the evil in my church to light to me. So many people hate it and take it as a personal attack when someone tells them a doctrine being taught in their church is a false doctrine. We say what we do out of love.

I'm not referring to you Rae. Just some people take things wrong on here. That's sort of my pet peeve, I guess.

Alot of people do not think before they say things........when it comes to religious stuff especially... .... I think people "some" just need to drop religious stuff if all they are going to do is criticize... That is not what God wants for ALLL religions and I hink its very ignorant to speak their opinion on a matter that they themselves , do not practice or demonstrate ....

I work in an office.........It would be like me giving a bricklayer advice on which brick to go with on a house....I know nothing about it so i should shut my mouth

Sometimes the truth hurts. Sugar coating the truth never solved anything. Keep an open mind and be open for contradictory suggestions. Some people only hear what they want to hear and are way to quick to dismiss sound advice.

Whether in their face or on this website... some one has to do the dirty work, Because I will use every opportunity possible to expose those so called organizations that do noting but waste precious time of society.

I guess that it is an unfortunate part of human nature.

I bet you they would start off by being very nice to each other if they ever met in person. People get into righteous rages here because it feels safe to vent their anger here rather than in person.

it is unfortunate, Rae, but true.

You can't take ignorance personally. You have to know who you are as a person and understand that everyone isn't intelligent, or open minded. Sometimes ignorance slides through the gates of sanity.

Unfortunately, man is genetically predisposed to agression against his fellow man and people with bad instincts far outweigh those with good. Although that is the case, shine as brightly as you can against the darkness.
