The positive line on the dollar store pregnancy test was really light you couldn't see it unless you really looked, but I am 4 days before missed period, does that still count as pregnant

false positives are rare, but you might want to test again to be sure.

I got mine from the 99 cent store and they showed a very light line, so I was unsure too, wondering if it was a evaporation line or my mind was playing tricks on me! I waited a few more days and the tests got darker, and a Clearblue Easy Digital said Positive!! So I think a line is a line no matter how light!! Good Luck!!

It still might mean positive. You really should take the test first thing in the morning when you wake up. There is more hormone traces from the fact that it is not diluted from drinking and going pee all day. You would probably get a darker line then.

Even faint lines mean you're pregnant. But go the doctor to confirm. If you're curious before getting to the doctor, buy a more expensive pregnancy test from Walgreens. These are more reliable.

What I found made the most impression was to wait a while when you have to pee (maybe an extra 15-20 minutes-sometimes it picks up more of the hormone when you hold it for a while thus making the test pick it up more) Also wait a couple of more days and try it again (the cheap ones are less effective and sometimes are out of date)

It could but you need to get a better testing device. I think all the dollar store test comes back positive

Yes it does. My first test came out like that but two days later i took one of those test that say pregnant or not pregnant in the window. They cost a little bit more but I think it's worth the piece of mind you get afterwards.

It really not supposed to but wait so by next week take another one and see if u r,that happened to me but i'm still not sure if i am i took 2 test both fade fade lines so i am keeping the fingers cross and wishing for the best

i used the same cheap test and the line was very light just like you are talking about and i have a 10 month old baby so i would say yes you are...

if you read the results guide.. it says even if there is a light ..faint line... ANY line thats in the positive box means you are PREGNANY. I took 3 before I believed it

VERY VERY POSSIBLE - but would buy another pregnancy test- not from the dollar store to confirm it.
