any exercise is fine in moderation, if it is uncomfortable, overheats you or you tire quickly then stop. Yoga, swimming, and low impact aerobics are best. Baths are fine, but do not raise your body temp over 100. Its really easy to do, so be vigilant.
You can have an occaisional glass of wine, I would not do it in the first trimester because so many important parts are forming then. But you will get alot of flack if you tell anyone on here!!

No wine, yes to baths I have them all the time just not really hot. I ride horses and my Dr made me stop riding at 32 weeks only because my blood pressure was high. I think you can do what is normal for you just don't over do it.

I havent had any wine....lol.
I take bathes all the time, but you just cant have them really hott cause it can harm the baby.
As far as excercises go...I have NO idea...I've tryed excercising, but I get tired quick.
I'm resorting to pregnancy yoga....it's supposed to have great results and help make the birthing process easier.
good luck.

Your questions would probably be better answered by your actual Doctor.
