No the real successful people are the azz-kissers. They are disingenuous because they answer the question in the best possible manner to obtain 10 points. However, I enjoy sarcasm, humor, wit and a dirty mind because it makes Y/A fun.

you have to use the sarcasm in such a way that you dont make yourself look like a big ol meanie...or I guess you can but ya gotta able able to take it as well as you give it and not get all huffy
