As a Washington Redskins fan, I have been complaining for the last few weeks about them losing. This 'Loss' puts things into perspective for me. Thank you all.

alomew_r, If you could read properly you'd know I have my life in perspective. Just wanted to put complaining about a loss of a game next to a death of a player into perspective.

As a huge Redskin fan, it's awesome to see all the good support from the people who've anwered your topic. Losing someone like Sean Taylor who was in the prime of his life and maturing into a better man is a hard blow to the team, the fans, and most especially his family. They've all been in my thoughts and prayers these last couple of days and I will continue to pray for all of them.
To all those who answered with negative comments and such, shame on you! If you really love the game, and all the good things it stands for, you shouldn't make a mockery of what happened to him! It doesn't matter which team he played for or which game he played, the sports world lost one of theirs and its a shame that all people can focus on are the unfortunate things he was involved in. All it does is show a lack of maturity and makes me feel sorry for all of them.

It was a very terrible tradgedy and all true NFL fans pray for the family and friends of Sean Taylor
