If you could choose any entertainer to do a recording with the late great Hank Williams who would you choose and why. I would sure like to hear Hank & Lefty, Hank & Merle, Hank & George Jones. Oh if we could only do that wouldn't it be nice.

There is no wrong answer here but it would be interesting to know who you would like to see do this. Thanks

Mark Knopfler's solo in Dire Straits' "Sultans of Swing." Very melodic. that is not any marvel that Knopfler recorded an album of united states of america songs ("lacking...Presumed Having a superb time") and won a Grammy for an album with Chet Atkins ("Neck and Neck").

Hmmm---maybe not a good combo.
But I like Patsy Cline and Conway Twitty or just add Charlie Rich.
and I would just want to hear them sing... it none of my business what was goin' on their lives....that's was theirs..
So to just getting to hear them sing in person would be the best thing ever....I wouln't mind listening to some of the tales about their trips to stardom..

edit----- Patsy sing Blue moon of Kentucky.

I have to say Hank and Dolly. Her voice is so beautiful and she does such wonderful duets.

well I'm not a fan of his singing. I prefer George Jones. To me he is the greatest country singer, ever!!!
