Let's see... normally, a players gets 4 at bat's for a single 9 inning game... so, If ANY player can squeeze 60 homeruns in 4 at bats, and then repeat the feat twice more... then he's a bigger cheater than Barry...
I would sign him!!
Now, seriously... You mean in a season... That's Sammy Sosa... (66 in 1998, 63 in 1999, and 64 in 2001)

This question is so dumb that it shouldn't seriously be asked by anybody. Home runs are one of the best things in the game and its fun to watch them run around the bases after hitting one, not only that there are rules that say you must touch every base or you can be tagged out. Also all sports teams wear uniforms and there are a lot more ridiculous ones than baseball uniforms. And about standing at the plate, it ain't as easy as it looks. why don't you go face a 90 mph fastball and see how you like it.

The first player to have more than 60HRs in 3 different seasons was Sammy Sosa of the Chicago Cubs: he hit 66, 63, and 64HRs in 1998, 1999, and 2001, respectively.
You are correct re: Mr. Sosa's ethnic background - he was born in San Pedro de Macoris, in the Dominican Republic.

60 home runs in 3 different games? How many times has Albert Pujols faced Brad Lidge? While on steroids? In that home-run generator in downtown Houston? 'Cause that's the only way it'll ever happen.

8 Players have hit 60 or more home runs in a season.
Sosa did it 3 times and in each season, he didn't win the home run title.
Ironic huh.

That would work out to 20 home runs a game. No one has ever done that.
I think you mean 60 home runs in three different seasons?
If so it would be Sosa.
