I got one up on you... I was dating a girl who had a manual trans post office jeep. I ended up wrecking it into a telephone pole because I couldnt hit the clutch and shift left handed.

No, but after I drive stick for a long time, I get back in an automatic and it takes me 5 minutes (seriously) to figure out why I can't find the clutch. I sit there stomping my foot around where the clutch should be for a few minutes before I decide to move my head down and look. Then I realize that I can't find the clutch because there isn't one. It makes me feel oh, so intelligent.

I've done that in an automatic. I learned to drive stick, and only driven an automatic twice in my life, I kept trying to hit the clutch and kept hitting the break until I realized it's better to do it one footed :)

only when me mum takes my SUV on business and I have to use her Chevy Pickup for the week.I am a horrid driver in a standard.Learned how to drive them first but don't really drive them since I got my Montero and Land Rover(both automatics)

i hate diriving stick,
with the car i have, the clutch is only the last half inch from the floor, so sometimes i think the clutch is deppressed when it's not.
