Everything that you can do in the summer, you can do in the winter. It'll be a little colder in the ocean though and you might get a chill sunbathing. ☺
The shows still run and some of the Christmas shows are truly outstanding.
The best thing is that there isn't the crowd and the food prices go down out of season.

Myrtle Beach is in South Carolina (SC) not North Carolina (NC). They are several discount golf packages available if you are into that as well

I'll tell you what you don't have to do is shovel snow. It hasn't snowed since 1990. Golf, Broadway at the beach, sit on your butt and do nothing its all good.
