#1 Bush spend more in 6 years then Clinton did in 8, even if you remove the money for Iraq

#2 The Budget was Balanced when Bush took office.

#3 and the national debt doubled in the 6 years since Bush took office. He is not more conservative then Hillary or Obama. And those who think otherwise are partisan hacks who put party before country.

It has to do with republican politics. They call a tax and spend policy liberal but do much worse to the country with their own borrow and spend policies because somewhere down the line the money that was borrowed will have to be paid back. Even if it isn't paid back until long after they have died, the interest on that borrowed money still must be paid every year.

They are against what he wants to spend the $$ on not the fact that he is spending money...they just want to spend all the same amount of money and more just on other things.

I'm thinking that its because he's not a true fiscal conservative. All the reagan conservatives will tell you that.

The argument is that he spends too much.
