They would probably charge you extra for the service for parts ( the fluid) and the labor (to put it in) for something that you could easily do yourself.

No, I wish they didn't do that. Then I don't have room for the deicing fluid I like to use.

I wouldn't let them touch it. They put in watered down stuff that just smears the dirt and freezes in the winter.

Yes... They said they did, but I haven't checked. They also said they aired up my tires, but they look under-inflated to me.
