Instead of sitting around listening to Sharpton and Jackson tell them all of their problems are because of whites, this group is getting together to rid their neighborhood of crime and drugs. What a brilliant concept. Personal responsibility! I would like to commend these young men, and i wish them the best of luck.

I can appreciate that. I also like the trend that's developing amongst some white Republicans. They seem to be thinking for themselves and showing some sense of social consciousness. And I'd like to congratulate them on their efforts as well.

I am happy to see everyone no matter their race taking responsibility for themselves. Many african americans have been for a long time been doing so. I believe we all have room for improvement. Race is not an factor in responsibility .
Read Timothy 5-8 in your bible

I am glad for them! I posted an answer just yesterday wherein I opined that self policing was the only way to make any significant progress in their woes.
