I found the part with the twins scary because you don't expect young girls to be so hostile

Yes the twins are very scary but the scariest scene for me was Jack Nicholson in the bathroom talking to the waiter who is really the previous caretaker. The conversation is so tense and Jack asks him questions very slowly and menacing. It just creeps me out. Very weird and odd scene.

Only the first time that I saw it. I didn't like it so much after that because it didn't make to much sense.
