I just need to know how long it takes to get my last name changed (here in California), get my new drivers license and get it changed with social security.

You have to take a copy of marriage certificate along with your current id to the DMV to get your name changed on you license.
You will also have to go to the Social Security office in your area with your marriage certificate, social security card and photo ID (with correct name) to get the name on your card changed. They'll mail that to you but (it'll just take a couple of weeks to get the new card) you can have them give you a print out showing you applied for your new card if you need one.

You need to change your name on your bank account-with the payroll dept (if you work), on your credit card accounts, and all utilities.

For tax purposes it is extremely important to get the number changed with the social security administration.
congratulations

Your name is changed as soon as you sign the marriage certificate. Getting you license changed will require a certified copy of the marriage certificate and the normal DMV heating-up/waiting period.
