Why not write a will instead of a prenuptial agreement? Are you going into this marriage with the idea that it's something that you may want out of later?
A will would not be viewed as an affront to your fiancee, but it still enables you to provide for her and your children in the event of your death. After the will is read, if she's not happy with the distribution of your assets she will have little recourse to fight it, and you will have accomplished your goal without beginning your marriage by offending your fiancee.

I would tell her. Then you can weigh your decision to marry her based upon her reaction. If she has a problem with a prenup it's a red flag that her motivation is driven more by your assets than love.

YES. But come on? Six kids, and she still wants to marry you? Telling her about the prenup should be the easy part.

She needs to know exactly where everything stands. If you don't feel you can do that with her, cancel the wedding so that your kids do not have to go through another divorce.

Oh, no by all means lie about it...that would make a strong foundation!
Yes, always be upfront and honest with your intentions...if more folks did that, there may be less divorce.

If this is your wish then you should let her know about your plan. This way she can think about it and decide if she would want to lock up with you.
