I agree that we should do some thing. I am not sure if we need more people in this country we can not take care of the people that we have here now.

That's a social issue that will never end.....ANYWHERE!!!!
However...I believe the USA should do a national immigration law for illegal and legal immigrates....
Also, its not just people immigrating into the USA but there alot of AMERICANS having children carelessly and alot of those Americans live on welfare because they can not work for not having a babysitter, etc.....THEY SHOULD BE ALOT MORE SEX & ECOMIC EDUCATION CLASSSES IN THE USA!!!!

I think we are good. No more no less. Let's just maintain the level. Though I must say if NYC population dropped by about 2M that would be very nice.

can we service all the needy people in this nation, and are those in need legal residents.
and lastly what do we do with them if they are not. we can't and shouldn't imprison them. We can't afford to detain and deport them all. So.....?????
