Does anybody projected out of your body? How was it?

i have many times...
i remember it started when i was about 7 years old and living in italy... i would float out of my body and up to the ceiling light above my bed... i never knew about anything like this or anything paranormal at that age, so i really didnt understand what was happening and had no control over it... i had come to the conclusion that we had a magic light...thats what i would call it when telling people about me floating up to the ceiling.. that i had a magic light.... it had stopped for many years.... then it would happen again from time to time.... this year alone ive had quite a few experiences... (magical journeys) .. ive travelled to some really beautiful places.... one journey i had ......, many years ago i owned a beautiful horse and he became sick, i could no longer care for him and i gave him to someone who would take care of him.. i later found out he had to be put down, and i became very upset....i often wondered about him.. that was years ago, then early this year i found myself out of my body and walking through a fresh field of green grass, i found this soft path that went down a gentle hill and as i made my way down there, i saw my horse, he was happy, healthy and just beautiful, as i made my way up to him, it was then as i was about to touch him, i felt this incredible strong pull, and then a series of shaking then waking up... two times this year, ive had a close friend who had passed away, he came to me, i remember his hand reaching out for me, and as i grabbed his hand i was pulled out, and we journeyed out together, the whole time he held my hand, he took me to a cemetery, same one both times... ive never been to this cemetery before (in waking life), what i found to be really interesting was as we walked through the cemetery it was full of people sitting on the ground through out the whole cemetery, they were all talking to one another, i could hear their muffled whispers... it was after the second time i went their that i realised that all the people sitting there were the people who were buried there, they were all sitting next to their tomb stones in spirit.. that really amazed me.....
now i also have very vivid dreams but believe me theres a huge difference between dreaming and travelling out of your body....when out of your body you can interact with other spirits so easy.... you can feel the pulling really strongly and alot of the times your body starts shaking as you detach your self......

I have tried but no luck. I feel that if one does so it will be something you are aware of and it is not like dreaming. I have experienced dreams in which I am flying but this is not what I consider astral projection. I think you would be awake just like normal except you would be out of your body and have complete control of the situation.

A friend once gave me a cassette tape with strange but melodic electronic music on it that was made especially to help with astral projection.I thought it was silly until about the fifth time I listened to it and I was able to break free of my body.After that I was hooked and used the tape 3-5 times a week.The friend moved to Bolivia and the cassette recorder ate the tape one night and I haven't been able to project since.
How was it? It was truly amazing and unlike anything I have ever experienced. I'm still hoping to find another copy of that tape.

There are a handful of people who call certain traveling dreams astral projections. For some reason they think they leave their bodies when dreaming.

I would be afraid I couldn't get back into my body.
I DO believe it happens tho. I believe a lot of what people think are ghosts are people astral traveling. And I believe it's a big invasion of privacy...and that the people who do it are perverts and" peeping toms". (OK..I'll get ready for all my thumbs down.)

I have been for like 15 years. At first it is pretty scary. but now i am so used to it.
I first roll out and usually end up flying out my window or going through the walls or ceiling...
I have spoken to many "dead" people and a few of my "dead" relatives.
It just shows me that you are more than your physical body and that you dont die.

I think sometimes my spirit tries to break free when I'm sleeping, but I pull myself back into my body at the last minute.

I don't believe anyone can astral project.If I'm wrong it wouldn't take much to prove it.
