I've been told that I need an Orthopedic evaluation for a job that I am applying for. I've also been told that the services will come out of my own pocket! I don't have insurance or a Doctor, so I'm not quite sure what to do. How much will this cost and where do I find someone who will do it without insurance? I live in St. Louis, MO!!

I would find another job or let them know in no uncertain terms that the test has to be on them. And get that in writing!

What kind of job do you do that you require an orthopedic eval? Usually pre-employment physicals consists of a general check up and drug screening.
Where I live, in California, if the employer requires pre-employment physicals it's their responsibility to cover the costs. I wasn't aware that employers anywhere could require prospective employees to pay for their own physicals.
I would call your local employment opportunity office and check this out.
Sounds bogus to me.
