There is apparently a backlog of people wanting on the show and they aren't accepting any more applications until they are able to deal with the backlog. I got this information from the website below, it also gives you info on all UK game shows.
The second website is also about getting onto shows on TV

I have seen USA/Canada one (both mor or les the same) and UK and the UK one is SOOOOOOOO much better so i hope you are going fo that one the box openers are contestents that are going to playt in one of the next shows, it is very super stisios, the USA/Canada are not as much of a cult veiwing experience

They have a form you can download. It is 8-10 pages of info. You will also need to shoot a video of yourself and the people you plan to bring as your cheering section.
