Depends upon your SAT and ACT. It is not great - better not target a "top tier" school! Be looking at a directional college . . .

Depends on with UC you are applying to. Obviously UC Berkeley and UCLA would be tougher to get into than UC Riverside, UC Irvine.

It won't get you into the top-tier UCs; also apply to CSUs. Your interest area would determine which one.
