I work out when I need to vent. Its works great for me and . I naturally want to get physical when I am angry and working out is much healthier and less consiquential than say ripping someones head off...

I usually into my bedroom by myself and hug a pillow until all of the energy is gone out of my arms.... That seems to help. I usually clench something until my arms get weak because it makes me tired... which makes me forget about my anger.

I have found that venting doesn`t accomplish anything, so I just show my disappointment in the person who screwed up.

Anger, depression , frustration, stress, fear, what have you, I play my guitar until I'm so burnt out and mellow I could go straight to bed and sleep for 12 hours or so.

I would normally talk to my best friend about problems and I usually feel better after ive said everything. Or i'll listen to music, or watch Dane Cook stand-up!! He's hilarious.
