While that is most likely true, the 70% number simply indicates that 30% of the country is stupid.

That just simply means 70% is not happy with Bush. It has nothing to do with party affiliation.

No, the 70% are the ones with IQs over 85. Any intelligent person would be unhappy with Bush.

The problem is...Bush is not a conservative in the true sense. Most republicans want the GOP to get back to its traditional and proud roots. Most conservatives want the nation to back off from the imperialist policies of this arrogant snot nosed kid who sits in the White House and thumbs his nose at the world.

No, it just shows that the poll takers can write their questions in a way to make it seem like 70% are against. I had a union call to poll me on something that they were against and the questions made it almost impossible for you to disagree with their position.

I don't know where the 70% comes from. No one has asked me or my family our opinion.
And is this an over all opinion or just on the war?
I am happy with most of the things he is doing. I am not happy with how the social security thing came out or the immigration issue.

The job approval ratings have little to do with bias.
And much of the conservative disapproval is the failure to curb spending, the failure to meaningfully deal with illegal aliens, the failure to stop the expansion of government "entitlements", etc.
Fabricating reasons for his low approval polls, based on leftist beliefs, is not honest.
