Hubby's very good at that ... full of bright ideas (or, so he likes to think).
He loves to try and 'organize' his 'Girls' ... sadly he doen't always succeed.

Depends on the situation. I am an initiator, but when the situation calls for letting someone else take the lead, I am perfectly happy to stand back and wait.

I usually wait for someone else to initiate. You get into less trouble that way... Although sometimes it's better to initiate first.

Sometimes I initiate the festivities and sometimes there's someone who needs a second motion for it, depending, of course, what you mean with INITIATOR :)

I am waaay too shy to initiate anything. I have spent my entire life waiting for people to initiate things with me... it's exhausting!
