Fallen angels are already dead so you won't have any luck in killing them. If you need some help, you can call upon them to help you with their power but you will never be able to have their power. You should highly consider calling upon a falling angel as it's obvious you need some help!

A fallen angel is the chaotic and neurotic part of your own consciousness. You can metaphorically kill it through certain types of spiritual, mystical, and magickal disciplines that take a very long time to master. By "killing" the fallen angel, you sublimate, consolidate, and integrate the energy it represents. By doing this, you become a conscious and volitional person (you return to your original state as an expression of the divine ideal) instead of a person driven by neurosis, scattered energies, and unconscious drives. This is the goal of yoga, shamanism, magick, and mysticism--and religion--in general.
