So we had a man who married his horse in America, a man who married his dog in India, and now you want to marry your goat. is the world really going crazy. But to answer your question if your goat is able to understand the concepts of marriage and can answer the vows give by the priest, then go for it, but watch out on the honey moon, goats have no discretion when it comes to eating anything, Good luck baaa baaa....David

you can, but only in certain states. I believe Wyoming is one.
But you should consider everything very seriously. Just because your partner is another species doesn't mean you shouldn't discuss "kids", finances, living arrangements, etc. For example, would he/she be moving into your home or would you move into her stall? How will you split feed bills? Whose parents will you visit on holdiays - it's hard for goat families to travel, you know.
If you are committed to this relationship, work out your problems before the ceremony. Otherwise, you'll just add to the percentage of failed goat-human marriages!
