I've started my P on 11/17, ends on 11/21. Started Clomid on day 5-9, which were 11/21-11/25. When will I ovulate? I only get my peoriod 2-3 times a year. I do not know if I even ovlulated in the pass at all.
How do I know when I will ovulate?
Are there certain ways, days, methods to trying to conceive a baby boy or a girl? Please help!

When I took Clomid the dr. had me come back to the office after finishing the meds to do an internal ultrasound to see how many "follicles" (eggs) I had produced. We saw 4 and I received a shot of HCG to make my body release the eggs. I waited a day after that and then had sex the following 2 days. I'm now 38 1/2 weeks pregnant with a girl.

I'd call your doctor and ask him. If nothing else I'd start having sex, especially if your periods in the past have not been regular.

As for boy or girl I have no advice...not even the Chinese chart. It only worked for me 2 out of 3 times.

Good luck.

On Clomid you should ovulate anywhere from 5-14 days after the last pill. The first cycle I took it I didn't ovulate but 2nd cycle I ovulated day 20 and third cycle I ovulated day 19. I charted my temps while on Clomid so I knew when I ovulated. My doctor said to start having sex every other day after your last pill until you either know that you ovulated through charting or until you next period. Clomid may or may not work. I took the 3 cycles and didn't conceive so you never know. I wouldn't worry about having a girl or a boy just pray for a healthy baby. Best wishes!!!!

All of the lady's eggs are feminine or X, the intercourse of the little one is observed by means of the sperm - X for a lady, Y for a boy. The guy determines the intercourse, so no clomid could haven't any have an impact on.

Just before you start your period, you ovulate then. You body release an egg, after a few days, if the egg is not fertilized, it will pass through sometime during your period. If you just started your period, the I would reccomend you try for a baby as soon as possible. God determines your baby's sex, not you. :) Good luck.
