My favorite song in high school was Michael Jackson's "In Our Small Way". Goes like this:
"Maybe you and I can't do great things
We may not change the world in one day
But we still can change some things today
In our small way"
I believed this song then, I believe it til now. Little things we do everyday can help change the world.

If you think about it, if you weren't alive so many people's lives would be different. Would none of your friends be friends with each other? That time when you go the job, who would have gotten it? I say everyone changes the world because i truly think that everyone is connected in some way. Being nice to one person, could really make an impact on other people. Just like those insurance commercials. It may seem small, but i think the world is changed by little things somehow.

I still believe that actually, and I guess that's the reason why I'm still working in a cause oriented organisation. I believe that even in our own small ways, we can contribute to changing the world for the better.
