What happened to the rule, if you don't have something nice to say don't say it at all? I don't say mean things about people yet people always feel free to say something negative (sometimes loud enough for me to hear) about me. My clothes, hair, etc. It never quits. Sometimes, I feel like telling them to quit it. My friends and relatives say this keeps happening because people see a weakness in me. I don't think I have a weakness.
What do you think? By the way, I'm 21 years old.

I mean this kindly: What signals are you giving off that encourages this sort of disrespect?

The answer to this question likely lies within you and your behavior.

Are you are doing something that irritates them? Do you dress differently, or speak as if you are superior? Why don't you ask what the real problem is.

Maybe instead they are jealous, and are trying to raise their own self-esteem by putting you down.

Are you to sensitive? Everyone is imperfect , makes mistakes, and gets criticism sometimes. Sometime criticism can be worthwhile education. Good luck!

I don't know. That seems like a good possibility. I would have to know more about you and the people your around. But don't go getting dirty just because people wanna be assholes. Still keep being positive and keep being you! I know this, being able to stay positive in spite of any situation is a great strength lots of people don't have. So whatever you do don't stoop to their level. ERRRROOF!

Today people have forgotten that old saying. But maybe try blowing them of. If they are that small minded that they feel it necessary to do that to another person then they really don't deserve your attention. A true strength tester. If you feel good about yourself and like the person you are then there oppinion really doesn't matter does it? Be strong.

It is not a weakness. It is an inherent decency you likely exude. And most young people despise that quality.http://www.reversespins.com/pcmarx.html http://www.spingola.com/new_world_order12.htm http://www.freedomsring.org/lastdays.html
