THE SIMPLEST WAY WOULD BE TO PUT A HOSE INTO THE FILLER NECK AND CLOSE OF THE AREA AROUND THE HOSE WITH TAPE AND BLOW AIR INTO THE HOSE AND THEN THE RETURN PRESSURE WILL FORCE THE GAS OUT THROUGH THE HOSE.

Well you will have to do a little work.but it is not so hard. You most likely filled with a hot pump and killed it.The most common reason for pump failure.Loosen the bolts to bed and the filler neckhose remove all but the rear two bed bolts.Place a 4x4 on end and jack under the bed at the front.Slowly lift and remove ground by the tube and remove clamp on filler tube.Siphon fuel useing compressed air into tank ventand rag around siphon hose intering the tank.NOw you are ready to replace the pump.No need to get under there and drop that big tank

If the truck has fuel injection and has an electric fuel pump, I'd do it this way:
Disconnect the fuel (supply) line from the engine/fuel rail. Attach a flexible hose to it that is long enough to go to an approved gas container. Find the fuel pump relay electrical connector, remove the relay and use a jumper wire to complete the circuit and the fuel pump will start running. (providing you have a good battery still in the truck) Run it till your container is full. To stop the pump, simply disconnect the jumper wire. Be careful. Sparks can cause fires. Have a fire extinguisher handy just in case.

Sure, the same way thieves steal your gas, with a rubber hose. Just take the gas cap off, stick in the flexible rubber hose, stick down in the tank, have a gas can ready, and drain it out. Then pour it in the other car. We have to keep our vehicles in the garage and the doors locked, these days. Are you sure yours hasn't been stolen and that is why your truck isn't starting?
